Terrific Tuesday! This pandemic has taught me a lot of things about being an entrepreneur, and the most important lesson is learning to PIVOT! In order to survive the ever changing demands of being a business owner, you MUST and I say this again, you MUST learn to PIVOT! What does it mean to pivot, simply put, it means CHANGE! Change the course and direction in which you were driving your business, when it no longer serves the demands of the market. For me personally, this was hard because I can get stuck on an idea of how I want something to go, being rigid about how I feel about it. However, I had to quickly learn to take my feelings out of it, and re-think somethings. Now I don't have it all figured out, but trusting the process and being confident with my skills and abilities is helping me to figure it all out and enjoy the ride. Entrepreneurship can be hard and demanding, but when you believe in you and what you are doing it makes the process so well worth it. Here's to learning to pivot and letting 2021 and beyond know that yes WE WANT ALL THE SMOKE!
