GREAT Day! And yes it has been a minute...where do I start. 2020 dealt the biggest blow of my life, I lost my Mom and all I can tell anyone is that pain is a pain you will not know until you have too! I had rotator cuff surgery shortly afterwards and rehab has been a struggle to say the least, but by the GRACE I'm still here, I'm still pushing and I will never give up.
